About the Event

Join us at the Barn Owl Garden Center on May 6th, 2023, for an informative and inspiring talk on the importance of planting native plants at home! Our friends from The Conservation Foundation will join us to share their expertise and answer your questions.

The Conservation Foundation is a leading organization in northeastern Illinois, dedicated to improving the health of our communities by preserving and restoring open space and natural lands, protecting rivers and watersheds, and promoting environmental stewardship. With the support of over 5,000 members and 500 volunteers, they have helped preserve more than 35,000 acres of open space in DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will, LaSalle, DeKalb, and Grundy Counties.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to contribute to a healthier environment by choosing native plants for your garden.

We look forward to seeing you there!
